We will send you aΒ prepaid return shipping labelΒ for returning the item at no extra cost to you.
6. πΈΒ Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to yourΒ original payment methodΒ withinΒ 10 business days.

ForΒ COD orders, we will issue the refund viaΒ bank transferΒ orΒ UPI, as per your preference.
7. π¦Β Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due toΒ a defective or damaged item,Β Grandsell will cover the return shipping costs.

ForΒ returns not related to defectsΒ (such as a change of mind), the customer is responsible forΒ return shipping costs. However, we will provide aΒ prepaid return shipping labelΒ for your convenience.
8. πΒ Exchanges
We offerΒ exchangesΒ for defective or damaged products. Please follow the same return process to initiate an exchange. We will ship the replacement product once we receive the returned item.
